Patient Advocacy

Patients may call Patient Advocates direct at 617-770-9150 or 9152, or speak to a local Office Manager for a referral to the Patient Advocate.

Referrals come from site Office Managers. All referrals will generate at each office when a patient is identified and falls into one of the following categories:

  • Medicare, no Secondary
  • Patient transitioning to Medicare with secondary insurance
  • No Insurance or a loss of insurance coverage
  • Federal Blue Cross blue Shield
  • Mega Life Insurance
  • Poor insurance coverage (60/20, 80/20,90/10 plans)
  • Other special situations
  • High co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles
  • Unable to pay utilities
  • Need help applying for social security
  • Loss of employment and insurance
  • COBRA
