Campanelli Cos. signed a long-term lease for 31,600 square feet with HealthOne Care System & Commonwealth Hematology-Oncology.

HealthOne will lease the first and second floors of Weymouth Woods Medical Center, which is currently under construction in Weymouth, Mass. Located on an eight-acre site near the Libbey Industrial Parkway, the building is a three-story, professional and clinical medical center totaling 68,000 square feet.

The building will be completed in the spring of 2007 and will provide access to nonsurgical services for the treatment of cancer including medical oncology, Campanelli Cos. represented the owner, Libbey Park II LLC, and Spaulding & Slye, a member of the Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) group, represented the tenant in the lease transaction.
